Change your voice messaging

1. Once you get logged in to your dashboard, click on the IP Centrix tab at the top.
2. If you see Voicemail on the left pane, go to step 3. If not, select Phone Lines and click the Configure icon next to the line you want to change. This will open a new window. Again, click IP Centrix, then go to step 3.
3. Click the triangle icon next to Voicemail. This will open the Voicemail submenu.
4. Click Greetings
5. Select Personal. This is where you will upload your audio file. Today’s mobile phones come with excellent recording capabilities. Find a quiet spot with little to no echo and record your greeting. You may need to email the file to yourself for easy transfer to your computer.
6. After uploading your greeting, be sure to click Save at the bottom.

That wasn’t so bad, was it?

There is another way to change your greeting directly on your Yealink phone:

1. Press the messages key. It looks like an envelope.
2. Following the voice prompts: Press 3, then 3 again.
3. Press 2 for your personal greeting.
4. Press 2 to record over the phone.
5. Follow the prompts to confirm and save your new greeting.
