How to check your voicemail remotely.

When you’re not in the office or if you need to check another user’s voicemail, this post will show you how.

1. Log in at customer.bigtreetele.com
2. Click the IP Centrex tab at the top there.
3. If you’re logged in at the Customer level and need to retrieve the voicemails of one of your users, then click Extensions. Otherwise, skip to step #6.
4. Click the wrench icon under Configure for the appropriate extension.
5. Click IP Centrex in the new popup window.
6. Click Voicemail.
7. Click Voicemail Inbox.
8. In the Inbox you should see your voicemails. Click Voice Message to listen.
