How do I set up to transfer calls to outsiders?

You have team members or VIPs who are not on your phone system and you want to conveniently transfer calls to them.

Example:
Joe is a sales agent on your team. He is not on your phone system, but people sometimes call the office asking to speak with him. You want to transfer the call to him without disconnecting the caller or telling them to call his cell phone.

There are at least two ways to do this in our system:

1. Ad Hoc
   1. You can transfer any call to any number. During a call, press Transfer.
   2. Dial the number to which you are transferring the caller.
   3. Touch Transfer again.
   4. Done.
2. Speed Dial
   1. Add Joe to your speed dials.
   2. During a call, touch Transfer.
   3. Touch Joe’s speed dial button.
   4. Done. The call will transfer.
